- Refund 100% of the principal payments you have made.
- Alternatively, work with you to exchange for another property in our current inventory.

- The refund/exchange amount is based on the principal you have paid, excluding unrecoverable fees (documentation, payment processing, and taxes).
- The Satisfaction Guarantee is voided by any late or missed payments made by the buyer during the 90-day period.
